Landic Property sells Samsara India Fund

Landic Property has sold its shareholding in the unlisted property fund Catalyst Samsara India Opportunity Fund (CSIOF) to a San Francisco based fund Liquid Realty Partners. Landic acquired this investment in February 2008. CSIOF fund was established by Catalyst Capital in order to take advantage of the opportunities in the emerging economy of India. The funds core focus has been investing, by way of entity level deals and asset specific transactions. The areas of investment are Jaipur, Funjab, Mumbai, Chennai, Hyderabad and Goa. The transaction value is confidential.
