The prospectus is only issued in the United Kingdom to persons subject to Article 19 or 49 of UK Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Financial Promotion) Order 2005 (with subsequent amendments). The Bonds are not nor will they be registered under the U.S. Securities Act of 1933 with subsequent amendments and may not be sold in the USA unless valid registration notice pursuant to the U.S. Securities Act of 1933 or a valid exemption from this requirement of registration exists.

In Property Bonds, i.a. claims in a number of subsidiaries are mortgaged. These claims are secured by way of mortgage deeds in a property portfolio belonging to the issuer's wholly-owned subsidiaries. We refer to the bond terms in the prospectus, section "Security basis of the Bonds".
