Early redeemed Property Bonds

Nine bond series issued by Keops Bond companies have been early redeemed since the spring of 2006 at prices which in the investment period provided yields in the order of 10.88% to 22.3%.

The redemption has been made in accordance with the terms of the bonds as stated in the originally published prospectuses i.a. as regards notice of termination and redemption price.

8% Keops EjendomsObligationer IV 2010 has been redeemed at a price of 110. Provided yield approx. 14.9% p.a.

9% Keops EjendomsObligationer IV 2011 has been redeemed at a price of 118. Provided yield approx. 17.3% p.a.

9% Keops EjendomsObligationer IV 2014 has been redeemed at a price of 112. Provided yield approx. 21.3% p.a.

10% Keops EjendomsObligationer IV 2014 has been redeemed at a price of 118. Provided yield approx. 22.3% p.a.

The bonds issued by RO's Torv achieved yield of approx. 17.2% p.a.

8,5% Keops EjendomsObligationer III 2011 has been redeemed at a price of 108. Provided yield approx. 10.88% p.a.

9,0% Keops EjendomsObligationer III 2014 has been redeemed at a price of 114. Provided yield approx. 13.07% p.a.

6,0% Keops EjendomsObligationer V 2012 has been redeemed at a price of 110. Provided yield approx. 10.69% p.a.

7,0% Keops EjendomsObligationer V 2015 has been redeemed at a price of 115. Provided yield approx. 13.93% p.a.

The provided yield is calculated for bonds acquired on issue at a price of 100.
