Property Bonds
The Property Bonds are issued by subsidiaries of Landic Property (formerly Keops Group) for partial financing of the companies´ acquisition of large property portfolios. The bonds are secured in each company´s property portfolio. They are offered in series for new subscription in large blocks when a property acquisition is carried out. Upon subscription, the bond series is closed for further issue, and the bonds are subsequently traded on the OMX Nordic Exchange Copenhagen.
